I visited Close Motorcycles to get a puncture on a fairly new tyre fixed. The team were friendly, polite and fast.
The engineer working on my bike noticed another fault (a clip on the rear brake had bounced of somewhere), it wasn't critical, but both he and I agreed to get it done ASAP.
They were able to source a replacement much cheaper than I could find anywhere on-line and fit it again very reasonably.
A good bunch of people and I feel confident leaving my "baby" with them.

I bought my first motorcycle here and had a good feeling from the first second I entered the store. All bikes made in contrast to the previously visited stores a super impression, all top maintained and perfectly serviced. On the day of pickup, the bike was explained to me in detail and before the long first ride home, I was recommended a round where I could familiarize myself with the bike. Just recently bought my first Motorcycle from Close Motorcycles. Wonderful service, super friendly and helpful. after only a few weeks I dropped my bike Ryan, Drew and the boys in the workshop looked after me for some repairs needed from a novice making rookie mistakes without any hesitation and giving lots of support Daryl also super helpful and supportive, all without judgement. Got a puncture on the rear on my Forza 350 Scooter, even though they were busy, they somehow managed to find time to plug and repair the tyre within an hour and a half of me showing up. Thanks to Mark for the solid workmanship and Drew for being understanding with me showing up un-announced. Top tier gentlemen.
Bought my first bike from these guys a few months ago, ended up needing some minor repairs which were done quickly and to a very high standard. They are transparent with price and understand the needs of their customers. Their communication is on point, I always knew what was happening and what stage of the process we were at. I will never go to any other motorbike shop. Daryl said that when he sold me my bike he aimed to sell me my second and he absolutely has.
The only place I trust for my bike. The team always remember me by name, they are trustworthy and quick, and communicate often and effectively. I’ve been coming here for 5 years and really appreciate them helping me out yesterday when my bike stopped working! Already have it back and ready to ride :) cannot recommend highly enough.
